From Apparel to Industry Leadership
After high school, I entered the workforce at 17. I grew within my mother’s sewing business and expanded my skills in apparel production. The factories I worked in became the most efficient in El Salvador. I even introduced robotics to optimize production, making our last factory the most advanced in the country.
However, economic downturns in the U.S. led to major losses. Having sold everything to U.S. customers, I had to start over.
