I am Arturo. I have a unique ability to sense things beyond what is obvious to others, especially in business and personal relationships. I can feel when situations will go well or poorly, and I use this intuition to navigate challenges. While I seek a second opinion from my partner, I often already know the outcome.
Once committed, I always try to make things work. My natural state is happiness, and I actively create joy in any situation. I am highly social, making friends effortlessly and spreading positivity to those who need it.
In my work, I constantly seek better deals and new opportunities. I believe in diversifying our business to secure a better future. I refuse to remain just another construction or remodeling company – I aim for more. I continuously educate myself about construction, business strategies, and ways to improve our company’s success.

and growing a thriving family business with hard work and positivity.
From Apparel to Industry Leadership
After high school, I entered the workforce at 17. I grew within my mother’s sewing business and expanded my skills in apparel production. The factories I worked in became the most efficient in El Salvador. I even introduced robotics to optimize production, making our last factory the most advanced in the country.
However, economic downturns in the U.S. led to major losses. Having sold everything to U.S. customers, I had to start over.
Arriving in the U.S. with only $300, my family and I lived with a friend for six months, sharing one room. Despite financial struggles, I remained positive. Initially, we cleaned offices. By the third year, I expanded into painting, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs. I never turned down work, which led to long-term customer relationships.
Through hard work and adaptability, I built a business from scratch. My fluency in English helped, while my wife and kids gradually improved their language skills.
Growth and Generational Leadership
I first launched Dilosa, continuing my family’s business legacy. However, I wanted full control, so I structured this company differently. When my son Gerardo joined in 2018, we formalized the business as a family partnership.
Gerardo initially struggled to focus, but his early work experience and natural ability to learn quickly turned him into a strong leader. His first project—whitewashing a fireplace—was done perfectly. From there, we expanded into electrical work, plumbing, and more. Over time, he mastered both production and financial management.
We don’t always agree, but that’s what makes us a strong company. Little by little, I am stepping back from production, watching my son become even better than me.
We work anywhere in Texas but primarily focus on the Dallas Metroplex. We chose Plano for its excellent school system, ensuring the best education for our children.
I love what I do. My work brings me happiness, and I am dedicated to steady, continuous growth. I prioritize long-term stability over quick profits, ensuring a permanent income stream rather than relying on one-time opportunities.
I am always learning, always improving. I aim for perfection, even if I never fully reach it. This mindset has been key to our success. We don’t chase fast money—we build a business that lasts.
