We've used Dilosa Home Services multiple times over the last 6 years, renovating bathrooms and closets, remodeling our laundry room, installing hardwoods and tile, building cabinetry and whole house painting. We just keep coming back to Art and his team because they do beautiful, meticulous work and have great communication throughout the entire project. We never had to guess when they would be showing up to the house. They are extremely neat and tidy too, which was appreciated since we were living at our house during most of our renovation projects. We need to know your budget not so that we can exhaust it completely but so that we can fit in as much as possible while understanding the true scope of your need. Renovation and construction budgets can range from 1000s to hundreds of thousands. Handyman services could be in the hundreds. Getting an idea of what you are able to spend will tell us a lot about the scope of your project. You can fill out a Project Questionnaire now to help us begin the quoting process.
When you are ready to get started? We love estimating timelines and can get very close to our projected end date. Also, we typically start projects 1-2 weeks from signing a finalized quote.
